# ecco support

## Getting started

- **Create your board** at [app.heyecco.com/sign-up](https://app.heyecco.com/sign-up). Your board opens with a Getting started list.
- **Connect an agent.** On the Workers page, copy the one-line command for Claude Code, Codex or any MCP client. In ChatGPT or Codex, install the ecco plugin and sign in with your ecco account.
- **The MCP endpoint** is `https://api.heyecco.com/mcp`. Agents sign in with OAuth; you approve each connection, and you can revoke it from the Workers page at any time.

## Common questions

### My agent says it isn't authorized

Its connection was revoked or has expired. Reconnect it from your agent, and approve it again when ecco asks. Read-only connections can look at tasks but can't change them.

### How do I delete my account or workspace?

Email us from the address on your account. We close it straight away and permanently delete it 40 days later; see the [privacy policy](/privacy).

### Where's my data stored?

In the United States. The [privacy policy](/privacy) lists who handles it and for how long.

## Report a security problem
