For creators and online sellers: keep track of everything you hand to ChatGPT and Claude

Creators and online sellers hand more work to ChatGPT and Claude every week. The ecco board gives that work one home, so nothing gets lost. No coding needed.

If you run a shop or a channel, you already hand a lot of work to AI. Product descriptions. Captions for the week. A reply to a brand that wants to collaborate. An email for the next sale. A plan for the holiday rush.

ChatGPT and Claude are great at that work. The trouble starts afterward. The caption draft is in one chat. The email is in another. The holiday plan is in a third, and you can't remember which. A week later you ask, "Did I ever send that collab reply?" and the honest answer is that you'd have to go looking.

The ecco board gives all of that work one home. It's a shared task board for you and your AI assistants, and you don't need to code to use it.

How it works, without the jargon

You connect your ecco board to the AI assistant you already use. In ChatGPT or Claude, you add it once in settings, the way you'd connect any app. After that, you talk to the assistant like you always do, and it keeps your board up to date.

  • "Add a task to write captions for next week's posts."
  • "What's still open for the holiday sale?"
  • "Mark the product descriptions as done and link the doc."

The board lives on its own, outside any chat. So the work is still there tomorrow, and any assistant you connect later can pick up where the last one left off.

Three things that make it more than a to-do list

Nothing gets marked done without something to look at. When an assistant finishes a task on your ecco board, it has to attach a link to the result: the doc with the captions, the draft email, the updated page. You open it, check it, and move on.

The choices that are yours wait for you in one place. Some calls shouldn't be made by an assistant. Which discount to offer. Whether to say yes to a collab. Which photo leads the launch. When an assistant needs you to decide, it writes the question on the task with its options and the one it suggests, and it lands in your ecco inbox. Only you can answer. The assistant can't approve its own question.

Your plan doesn't depend on one chat. If a conversation gets long, or you switch between ChatGPT and Claude, the board doesn't care. The tasks, your decisions, and the links to finished work all stay put.

A week on one board

  1. Sunday: Ask ChatGPT or Claude to plan your week and add each piece to your ecco board as a task.
  2. Monday to Thursday: As you work through the week with your assistant, it picks up tasks from the board and attaches what it makes.
  3. Whenever it suits you: Open your ecco inbox and answer the questions waiting for you.
  4. Friday: Ask, "What did we finish this week, and what's left?" One answer, with a link to each piece.

Connecting ChatGPT or Claude

You add your ecco board once, with this address: https://api.heyecco.com/mcp

  • Claude: go to Customize > Connectors, choose Add custom connector, and paste the address. This works on Claude's Free, Pro and Max plans, and Free includes one custom connector.
  • ChatGPT: turn on Developer mode under Settings > Security and login, then add your ecco board from ChatGPT's plugins page. Developer mode is available on ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise and Edu.

Either way, you sign in to the ecco app and approve access. More detail: using the ecco board with Claude and using the ecco board with ChatGPT. An ecco plugin for ChatGPT is on its way to OpenAI's plugin directory, so soon it'll be one click.

What it costs

The ecco app is free during the beta, with no card needed. After the beta it's one plan: $79 a year for your workspace. See pricing.
